Our Highest Employment Rate Yet
An Ever-Rising Employment Outcome
For five reporting periods running, the share of our graduates who gain employment has steadily increased. In FY2025–26, 41% of graduates found employment – up from 38% the year before, 26% in the transition quarter before that, and 19% two years ago.
Across the board, our pre-employment program outcomes have increased, with a total of 83% of graduates either gaining employment or enrolling in further education, and a total of 98% achieving at least one positive outcome (employment, education or signing up for a specialized support).
What do these rising client success rates tell us? That with holistic support that addresses all aspects of a person and their life, people rise to meet high expectations.

Resiliency: Reporting for the First Time
For years, staff and clients told us the same thing in different words: people who came through our programs left with something harder to name than a job or a course – a sense that they could handle whatever came next. This year, we measured it for the first time. Using a matched pre-and-post cohort assessment, we found a 2.4% average gain in resilience and an 11.2% average reduction in reported life-stability needs across the same clients, before and after their time with us.
