Doing More with What We Have

This year was a story of efficiency and growth. While our number of graduates rose by an impressive 23%, our revenue only grew by 5% and expenditures increased by only 7% to support the expanded service delivery. This translates into an overall reduction of 13% in costs per participant.

These results demonstrate that the investments we made in people, programs, and infrastructure are yielding measurable returns. We are serving more individuals, achieving stronger outcomes, and maximizing the impact of every dollar entrusted to us.

Expenses

Our spending in 2025–26 reflects a strong commitment to our mission. More than 80 cents of every dollar spent was invested directly in programs and services that support our community. Administrative expenses represented just 9% of total spending, while 10% was invested in fundraising activities that help sustain and grow our impact. This balanced approach ensures we are maximizing resources today while building capacity for the future.

Revenue

Thanks to the generosity of our supporters and the strength of our diversified funding model, this was a successful year for our organization. Operating revenue increased by 24% over the previous year, with strong growth in individual giving and earned income from our charitable fund helping to offset lower government funding. This balanced approach to revenue gives us confidence that we can continue to grow our programs, deepen our impact, and serve our community in new and meaningful ways.
