People & Culture
Building a Culture on Purpose
Ve’ahavta’s People & Culture metrics reflect a strong, stable year for our team, grounded in our belief that we are only as strong as our people. Overall staff turnover held at a healthy 23%, with involuntary turnover at just 3% – our lowest on record – a sign of thoughtful hiring and effective, supportive management. Employee engagement remains a real bright spot: our eNPS score of 64 is well above the benchmark for non-profit organizations, reflecting a workplace where staff feel genuinely connected to our mission and confident in our leadership.
This year also marked the third consecutive year Ve’ahavta was named a Non-Profit Employer of Choice, a recognition of our sustained commitment to building a healthy, supportive workplace. We remain dedicated to developing our staff, upholding a standard of excellence in our work, and taking care of our people – with a continued emphasis on health and wellness. Together, these results speak to a mature, well-run organization where people choose to stay, grow, and do meaningful work.
